Hi all, I am wondering what is a good quality frying pan for all purpose cooking. I am no ameture but I have no idea about what type of frying pans are good quality that will last. I bought a black non stick frying pan over a year ago and it was great but after about 9-10 months it stopped being non stick. I have seen professional chefs use stainless steel frying pans but I struggle to stop food from sticking to them and they make such a mess in the pan. So I am wanting preferably the best of both worlds where non stick is a factor but it lasts years. Preferably something that won't break the bank Any help would be appreciated.
