I’m already aware that S/D nuts is a more nutrition-retaining method of bringing out out its flavors when compared to roasting. However, as many charts and guides as there are out there regarding doing so for every type of nut/seed imaginable, I can’t seem to find any solid info on S/D times for peanuts. While I suspect that I may receive different S/D times from different commenters, if any of you truly have accurate numbers I can follow, I’d greatly appreciate the info. I have a full soaking, dehydrating, and processing setup for making my own butters; I simply need the S/D times for peanuts specifically so as to forgo the “need” to ruin any batches trying to hone in on the correct time tables. Thank you for any help!
