Hello, I am Anthony, I am a young teenager just getting into cooking! And one of the first topics I'd like to get into is Italian food! Itallian food is probably my favorite type of food there can be, so I decided how to make pasta, sauces, pizza and other Italian dishes, first I'd like to start off with pasta! Sofar I've decided that I'd use half 00 and semolina flour! So I could get a silky pasta that would have sauce stick to it, please let me know if you know of any other pasta recipe. Now for the sauce I got stumped here, I wanted to go with my favorite pesto! But It just seemed to basic for what I was making, Soni decided to look into some other sauces, I heard that there were sauces that you would have to store for 9 months! Now I'd love to try that, and I will but I need to make a sauce that take like one day to make, in line with the pasta, please let me know if you have any ideas, I'd like to hear from an itallian user if possible to get as much information as possible, but it not it's ok.
