Any tips for steak
Post Body

learning to cook for fun, just started learning how to cook steak recently and was wondering if anyone had any secrets, so far I’ve been bathing it in pineapple for 30 mins, rinsing, patting dry, seasoning then searing it in a cast iron pan then basting with butter and garlic, turns out pretty good and seems to be the go to recipe if google is to be believed but I’m wondering if there’s any tricks I could use to make it even better
