What can I do with failed whipped cream?

Hi all,
I tried making whipped cream yesterday with heavy Cream, vanilla extract and sugar... I think I either put too much sugar or too much vanilla or both but I have essentially 600ml of sweetened vanilla flavoured cream that Iโm not sure what to do with. It wonโt whip... it gets very slightly frothy but remains mostly like cream....
Any recommendations on what to do with it or how to use it up?
