What can I do with failed whipped cream?

Hi all,

I tried making whipped cream yesterday with heavy Cream, vanilla extract and sugar... I think I either put too much sugar or too much vanilla or both but I have essentially 600ml of sweetened vanilla flavoured cream that Iโ€™m not sure what to do with. It wonโ€™t whip... it gets very slightly frothy but remains mostly like cream....

Any recommendations on what to do with it or how to use it up?
