Is it safe to use a cast iron dutch oven with a little bit of rust on the inside of the bowl?
Post Body

I found this really nice old cast iron Dutch oven (no ceramic coating) at a thrift store. I didn't notice when I bought it but it has a little rust on the interior of the bowl (where food would be).

I'm wondering if it's OK to cook with? Will it make all of my food taste weird? Is it even safe?

Any help is appreciated
