Can I use my chicken bones to make bone broth after slow cooking the chicken?
Post Body
I plan on making chicken noodle soup, I have my whole chicken in the slow cooker and plan on cooking it for about 6-8 hours. Will that amount of time be too long to make bone broth from the bones, like will my soup already be bone broth technically because I'm cooking it for so long? Sorry, I've never made bone broth before.
Oh, and I'm not trying to make bone broth for this soup specifically, although it would be nice if it turned into that during the process.
