Carnitas and pulled pork have always been my go-to recipes for pork shoulder, but there has to be something I'm completely missing out on.
Anyone have any good alternative recipes for this hunk of pork?
edit: this is what I love about my cookit. you guys don't mess around. you hit the recipes you love and I can go through and pick almost anything at random and it'll be great. Thanks!
edit 2: I'm asking for your best. variations on a piece of pork cooked long and slow are a given.
How do I make it unconventional?
