I have been the sole cook for my family for 5 years now since my mom is too sick and my dad doesn't really know how, but I am starting my first job soon, so I need to re-think my menu plan. I have been teaching my sister the basics of cooking, and my mom is a great cook, but her health is super unpredictable so I need recipes that either one of them can make without too much hassle, or things I can make before leaving for work at 7:30 am. We don't have any kind of dietary restrictions, and have a fully kitted out kitchen, so whatever you have works for me. I would prefer if they could be meals that can be made with easy to get ingredients, as I live in a small town with very few options for groceries. Thanks a ton in advance!
