I was recently taken to the hospital where i was found to have a condition that I'm not going to bother mentioning. The doctors have told me that I need to go on a low sodium diet and as an introduction to it, for the past 4-5 days I've been eating some of the blandest food I've ever eaten; every meal I've had so far I've been craving any sort of seasoning. When I get home, I want to try to adhere to the low sodium diet that my doctors are recommending but is there anyway to stick to it that doesn't make me want to cry?
