Has anyone here tried any of the recipes in anime centered around cooking?
Post Body
I finally started watching Shokugeki no Souma, an anime centered around a cooking school (over-the-top stuff, but fun to watch), and they showed a recipe that I feel actually could work. It's a donburi with chaliapin steak, a sauce made by deglazing the cooking pan, and rice mixed with pickled plum. It actually sounds pretty good, and I want to try it out soon.
Has anyone else actually tried any recipes from cooking anime? If so, what were the results?
