Is it possible to brine a turkey without a refrigerator or a cooler?

It's not likely to be under 40F outside where I live...average temperatures range from 38F-48F at the end of November, according to google. I stupidly gave my coolers to my dad before I moved overseas, and the coolers here are ridiculously expensive. It's still fairly chilly, though, and I'm hoping to be able to use ice to keep the temperature safe. I'm thinking of using a new trash can.
My fridge is about half the size of normal US refrigerators so even taking things out to do it would be a no go.
