How do you clean a wire rack without the risk of clogging your sink?
Post Body
Every time I broil or grill meat on a wire rack the charred bits stick to it. I can usually get it off with bar keepers friend, chain mill scrubber and a brush but then I have all this charred stuff going down my drain along with grease. My biggest concern is my plumbing getting caked with this stuff and becoming a massive expense to fix.
