How do you make a super garlicky flavored oil? I want to make aglio olio that have intense garlic taste

Those on the internet saying just fry garlic into oil to infuse the garlic flavor isnt really true, even on big amounts of garlic

I even try the three phases on frying garlic to “infuse” into oil. Which is putting garlic midway and last part during frying. So you could have three kinds of cooked garlic - browned, halfway and little raw

If i’ll blend oil and garlic, if would prbbly just become puree? I think. I didnt try this yet
