Post Body
As the title says, I have 33 pounds of Slim Jims. Besides occasionally snacking on them, does anyone have any ideas of how to use these? I was thinking about boiling a pound at a time, straining off the excess fat and salt with the water, and using it as a ground beef substitute. Any other ideas? I would donate to a food pantry but they won't take anything past the best-by-date.
