Are marinated olives and prociutto wrapped melon too much of an appy for 6 people?
Post Body

I need to make an appy or appies for 6 people. This will be for Canadian Thanksgiving so there will be plenty of other food.

I know for sure I want to make some marinated olives. Cook them in garlic and lemon peel and serve with some cut and toasted bread.

I was also thinking of cubing some cantaloupe; and topping it with ricotta and wrapping in prosciutto and covering with hot honey.

I'm just a bit concerned it may be too much food; and I'm wondering if one (the olives) will be enough. Or maybe I come up with a smaller second appy?

Thoughts?
