Every time I use a New York Times Cooking recipe, I make a point of reading the comments, and I am never disappointed. Not only hilarious, but genuinely helpful!

I've never had a technical issue with their recipes. I'll make little adjustments here and there (usually just adjusting spices and flavors) but the recipes pretty much always work as written
