How do I cook tasty tender chicken?
Post Body

I’m by no means a good cook but willing to learn because I’m so god damn sick of eating bland chicken. My ideas for solutions to this is maybe using wings and thighs because chicken breast just doesn’t seem to have any flavour, it just means I’ll have to take it off the bone as my partner just won’t touch it but I feel as though meat cooked on the bone has more moisture and is tastier overall. I love chicken wings from a take away because you get that chargrill taste and it delicious, is there any way I could do this kind of thing at home? , I was thinking of one of them grill machines where you press it down, it just seems when I cook chicken at home it just becomes tasteless and marination doesn’t penetrate the meat. I have an air fryer so would I get better results with that? I’ve only cooked frozen chicken strips from there lol, any help would be appreciated.

Nah I used diced chicken pieces

I thought putting chicken in water would increase the contamination risk
