Every weekend, I make my meal prep for the work week. Helps keep me active and eating well. Now, the weekend itself is another animal altogether. Here I eat badly and spend too much. I've got nothing against a cheat day in and of itself, but when it's regular and getting kinda pricey, that's where I draw the line. I don't really know what to do for the weekend though. The workweek is easy: About 2 lbs. of chicken fried rice, enough to spread out through five days. But for two days? So little? What do you prep for such a short period?
About me, for suggestions: I like savory and hearty foods a lot. Big fan of meaty foods, though I do enjoy some cooked veggies too. Fruits are really nice, though they rarely fill me up IME.
