Is there an app or website for keeping track of what's in your kitchen?

Post Body

I only recently started cooking for myself, and I have no idea what I'm doing. Don't even really know how to grocery shop properly but I'll figure that out. What I'm wondering is, is there some app or website that you can use to keep track of what ingredients you have available, and what you would need to restock on? It would also be cool if you could connect it to pinterest or something and have it tell you what recipes you can make with what you have, but I feel like something that complicated probably doesn't exist. I'm not even sure I have any spices other than salt, pepper, and garlic, so something like that would help my hopeless self stay a bit more organized, thanks for any recommendations!
