So every weekend I meal prep for the work week. For dinner, I make something simple: Sausage, pepper, and sweet potato. I take about 1½ lbs. of kielbasa, 2 diced bell peppers, and most if not all (depends on the size) of a cubed sweet potato. Cook the kielbasa, chop it up, use the leftover fat in the pan to sautée the peppers & potato, throw some garlic & ginger powder.
There's just one issue: It doesn't seem to be that filling. That is, a bowl of it doesn't stick to me that long. I know I could probably include a side of some kind, but I think it would be less work to just improve the dish. So what could I add to this to help with this issue?
