I've been working as a postman for years and I absolutely hate it. I come and complain too much which is a good sign I need to get away from it. I love cooking and would like to make a career out of it. Moat people I talk to say they have been working restaurants since they were teenagers and schooling isn't gunna get you work. Almost like it's too late to get into the trade. I spent my early life swinging a hammer so I never really worked in food. Is culinary a promising degree that would be easy to get a job with or is it worthless without the 10 years most food service people have when they are 30?
