Making naan wraps this week for a couple of dinners. At first I was going to make thinly sliced beef with gravy, something similar carne guisada. Then I decided to go with something fresher. I'm making the naan wraps for myself and my mom. She is not a picky eater but not an adventurous eater (keep in mind when answering).
Wrap idea: naan, grilled herb chicken sliced (cold), spring Lettuce mix, tomatoes, homemade Pickled onion (sweet and sour), homemade quick pickles, Not sure about cheese if any, and not sure what sauce/dressing.
What type of cheese and sauce/dressing do you think I should use? At first I thought just ranch but that didn't sound right. You could possibly change my mind with a different idea on what to do with my naan.
