Forgive me, but this is actually a question regarding baking. I tried /baking, but my post was removed. I'm guessing it was karma related, but not sure. Original post below:
I have a milk bread recipe in wanting to make in bulk for family events and holidays. I'm wanting to scald a gallon of milk at a time. I'm looking for a pan that could handle it. I'm looking at this pan right now: Made In Cookware - 10 Quart Stainless Steel Rondeau Pot w/Lid - 5 Ply Stainless Clad - Professional Cookware - Made in Italy - Induction Compatible https://a.co/d/aqOQsOa
I was wondering if this would be a good pan or if people had other suggestions? Please and thank you!
End of original post. Sorry for asking here, but I really don't want to spend $200 on a pan without seeking input from people. I looked at cheap stock pots, but I'm worried the thin bottom would burn the milk.
