For me personally this has lately been coconut cream.
Cardamom.
I put some cardamom in my pour over for coffee everyday, steps it up so much.
That sounds delicious. I'll put a little in all sorts of dishes. I don't know if unami is the right term for it, but it just adds a certain savory flavor. Much more subdued than nutmeg, for example.

Mexican coffee often has cinnamon, so cardamom makes sense.
