Can I cook these together? And how long?
Post Body

I have been on a recent roasted chicken kick and I usually only roast one at a time. But today I bought two chickens and I’m wondering if I can come them both in the same pan at the same time or if I should split them up? Recipe is pretty simple- salt, pepper, butter, garlic and lemon. The recipe is from Natasha’s kitchen that I found online and the flavor and moistness is soo perfect! The recipe calls for a 5lb chicken to be cooked at 425° for 75-80 minutes. I have two chickens, the smaller one is 2.8lbs and the larger is 4lbs. Should I cook them separately? Or maybe throw the smaller one in later in the same pan? I’m new to this!
