I made the stock

Update to my previous post (link below), but I ignored my uninformed family members and made turkey stock for the first time this weekend. I waited until Saturday when I knew Iā€™d have the most amount of time to devote to it and imo it turned out great. Plus the house smelled amazing all day. Let it simmer for about 9 hours - 9a to 6p - and it produced 2 gallons total. Next time Iā€™m going to do it overnight into Friday so that my family who drives and stays the weekend can take some home with them.

Thank you to everyone who commented and messaged me about this topic, it really gave me the confidence not just to make it but to be educated as to why it was worth investing the time in.
