What small appliances would you get if you had this set up?

Moving to a new place next week and all it has is a refrigerator. Looking for some suggestions on what small appliances would you get if you had this type of space and set up. I’m not a great cook but I’d like something I can make rice, eggs, steak, burgers, chicken cutlets, pasta & more. I’ve budgeted roughly $1,000 for small appliances but any less expensive recommendations are welcome. Can’t be anything with gas or propane. I’d like a blender too. I’ve also seen 8-in-1 small appliances, are those any good?
