To save a long story I am not a cook, a little lightweight weenie towards spiciness,
a picky eater (Sad I know), and I just prefer ramen noodles without added vegetable pieces (Texture issue). That being said I was thinking about what I could add to the chicken flavored noodles that would help trick my gut into feeling fuller than it actually would be, like perhaps soy sauce. Y'know, seasonings and whatever would provide additional benefits. Any insight would be appreciated, and I've considered maybe just pastifying the vegetables then adding them so I still get nutrients.
Normally I would just post on r/pickyeaters instead; However this sub has a bigger user-base and active users, so I'm hoping to receive input from many different mindsets as to inch myself towards eating better. Apologies if this seems scattered or too specific.
Edit: I am in America if that is relevant to availability of ingredients.
Edit 2: Might be too tired to have made a coherent post.
Edit 3: I think I've gotten enough answers, consider my post solved. To those of you who have answered you all have my deepest gratitude!
