Tea cakes? What else can I make with tea that’s not tea?

Post Body
Came across this recipe for chocolate chip tea cake on NYT cooking and now I’m curious about what else is out there.
My university cafeteria used to serve a matcha tea bread, so if anyone has a recipe for that, I’ll extra appreciate it.
Otherwise, other tea cakes? Soups or stews flavored with black tea? I’ve heard of putting coffee into chili but maybe someone has suggestions for other recipes I could try with black tea, for instance?
