"Cooking Sake" v "Sake" in making Nobu's Miso Black Cod
Post Body

Hi friends. There's a 90% chance I'll have my fire alarm going off and ruin dinner for my date, but on the 10% chance I pull off Nobu's Miso Black Cod recipe..

I've seen "Cooking Sake" at the local grocery store (imagine less / no alcohol) and of course "Sake" at the liquor store.

Thanks in advance - What's the difference here? Will cooking sake be less flavourful for my recipe than the normal sake that's called for?
