Has my ground beef gone bad?

Outer layer doesnā€™t smell like anything, but when I break it up and take a good whiff on the inner layer, it smells chemically - like bleach, but not very strong. The pink has slightly faded into a pinkish gray, but nothing extreme. Iā€™m not sure how to test the ā€œstickinessā€/ā€œsliminessā€ of it. Probably 3-4 days in the fridge after thawed.
