Has my ground beef gone bad?

Outer layer doesnāt smell like anything, but when I break it up and take a good whiff on the inner layer, it smells chemically - like bleach, but not very strong. The pink has slightly faded into a pinkish gray, but nothing extreme. Iām not sure how to test the āstickinessā/āsliminessā of it. Probably 3-4 days in the fridge after thawed.
