Garlic confit?
Post Body
Hello! I am making some garlic confit and was wondering if you give the garlic a whack before like I do for other ways I use garlic like sautéing? In all the recipes I am seeing the garlic is whole, but just curious. It will be a small batch for immediate use in one of my classes. Thanks!
