Diabetes runs in my family and I don’t wanna contract it, I do eat a lot of pasta rice and potatoes and I wanna look for alternatives to them. One meal of mine that I have with dinner is chicken with barbecue glaze and mashed potatoes and broccoli but i wanna cut down on the potatoes seeing as I have them as a side dish with most of my meals. Was thinking of a second vegetable but can’t think of anything so if you all on here could help think of different healthier sides to have with my meal that would be great!
