Beef Stir Fry Ideas??

So my dad and his buds came home recently with a bunch of beef stir fry they made and it’s been in the fridge for 2 days, it’s very bland and most basic form of stir fry (beef, onions, tomatoes, and lettuce in oil) and I don’t really want to eat it like that but I’d feel bad letting it go bad or throwing it out, what are some ideas of what I could turn it into?
