Have every skin except for that one, and I love the mystic variants for White Lilly and Pure Vanilla, but honestly feel like they just dropped the ball with Stormbringer's legendary. Not really sure why it's legendary and not epic when it's basically just a color change with a slightly raspier voice saying the same line.

Look at all the other previous legendary skins and it literally changes the voice line of the cookie and gives it new visual effects. Haven't seen anybody post a video of the new mythic costume and haven't seen it in action, but does it actually improve the Legendary skin?

Because the lightning on the base skin was already yellow, do they change the cloud color maybe? do they give her a new voice line with the mystic variation? just wondering if the $150 skin upgrade for the legendary skin actually adds new effects or if it continues to be the worst legendary.
