For me it's definitely ALWAYS watching 3 daily ads. Sometimes I get lazy and just don't feel like it, but the truth is it's the best farming method in the game for cubes, even if you're p2w.
Usually get a legendary every 4 months, in that time you can get about 18k cubes from ads, not including the cubes you get from events/ passes. that's literally $100 worth of cubes from just ads.
