Question about my progress

Hey all!
It seems like my progress is really slow. I have baked 153 Quadrillion Cookies, but I only have 53 HC, and that's only because of Lucky Frenzy combos. The amount of HC I have seems really out of line with what all the calculators project I should have.
Also, I'm only baking 580 B cookies per second. Am I missing something, or do I not know about leveling up buildings or what? https://prnt.sc/iqf4c7
