Should I keep any of these?
Post Body

I’m going through my cookbooks and these are the ones I am thinking about getting rid of. I haven’t cooked anything from Milk Street, Cook This Book or Mozza. I’ve made a few things from HBH, one was really good and others just ok or not right at allll. I don’t think she even recipe tests.

If anyone can give me reasons to keep these, tell me! I saw there is another post on Molly Baz’s book which was helpful.

Milk Streets stems from Americas Test Kitchen and Cooks Country founder, Chris Kimball. I’ve used his recipes and find them to be a detailed and they work very well. If I find a recipe from Milk Street, ATK, or Cooks Country I generally trust it.

Molly Baz I would trust because she was part of Bon Appetit, which is a noteworthy cooking magazine. However, I’m uncomfortable with anything tied to BA, considering the controversy they were part of, it’s a moral issue for me. Aside from alleged racism and reports of mistreatment to interns and support staff, I (again) have a hard time with anything tied to Bon Appetit
