Beginner cooking through Alison Roman’s Nothing Fancy, need some recommendations!!!
Post Body

Hi everyone! I’m a beginner who’s just starting to get into cooking! I received Nothing Fancy and I am obsessed. It is easy, simple and the food is the best food I’ve ever cooked in my life. When I started out I was doing random meals from tiktok or pinterest (and was always disappointed and didn’t even want to eat them bc they were just not….it) and they just don’t even compare to cooking things from this book. Not sure if it’s because her recipes are that good or because I’m actually using a cookbook LOL. ANYWAYS!!!

I am looking for similar books to Nothing Fancy! Or books you may think I like based on this!

I particularly like her dip (omg it was so easy and tasty), her slow-roasted oregano chicken with buttered tomatoes (my first time roasting a chicken and it was so so SO much easier than I thought and INCREDIBLE!) her vinegar marinated beans and her lamb!

Thanks everyone!!!!! :)
