Has anyone else delt with Converse's almost non-existant customer service?

Their chat system is a joke, theres no direct email, and even if you do happen to connect to someone, they'll disconnect when they dont have an answer.

I was #52 in the queue. It took 45 minutes to get to someone. It was 4 messages back and forth asking for a warranty claim before they just disconnected.

Its super frustrating. They say to file a warranty claim in the FAQs, but offer no way to do it. Now Im stuck with a pair of chucks less than two months old that have a seperated sole that I can straight up stick my finger through. Ive gone through the chat system again, and I still get no answers. Im a little bummed, theyre my work shoes, and I cant just go out and get another pair.
