IP issue on iPhone and Laptop

Hi guys, di ko alam san dapat ipost pero, yung IP address ko kasi when i login my linkedin sa iphone then connected sa Mobile Data which is Globe tama naman yung IP Address Owner and Location pero after ko ilogin sa Laptop which is ang provider is Converge, ang nakalagay is Chowan University tapos sa US yung location, is it normal?

Worried ako kasi nahack yung IG at LinkedIn ko idk kung ano dapat gawin. Try to reset and change the ip sa router pero same pa rin sya.
