So nag pa upgrade kami ng plan kasi yung previous plan naman is nag shutdown na daw, nag install sila samin kahapon sabi ng technician mag wait ng 1-2 hours para ma activate pero hangang ngayon wala parin.
Nag follow up yung tech sa office nila and ang sabi activated na daw, pero on our end wala pa.
May naka experience ba kayo ng ganto?
