Out of cage engagement help!
Post Body

Our new baby is getting along really well. Still very hand shy and requires a lot of patience to get to come to me but once the bird is out of the cage the baby is really good. Shows good body language with us and will perch quietly awhile. We do this fun thing where baby perches on my switch with some chop while I play and even falls asleep up there! Baby is quickly getting bored. Nipping at buttons, my fingers clearly asking for my attention after awhile. We are still working on step up and target training and taking it real slow as just getting baby out of the cage takes patience and treats. Anyway….looking for fun things to do as a break from learning and just for kicks to bond and make baby look forward to being out. Ropes and bells appear to be a favorite. Doesn’t ring it as much as climb on it. Likes to be upside down.
