Alright so lemme expand on this If ur in any job shape and or form u should be required to get a mandatory 2 days off every week no excuses ur boss can't call say "oh yeah uhh Steve isn't coming in can u? " no no they can't do that u gotta have those 2 days to yourself to relax energize and not get burn out fight me on this but like it should be mandatory I'm js
