So I was on Mounjaro for about 9 months. Lost about 50 lbs, maintained that for many months. My coupon ran out and I just couldn't spend $1200 per month on it so I went to compounded tirzepatide. Worked pretty good. after upping the dose I lost 10 more lbs. Dr said I should try Contrave because its much cheaper and she has had patients with good results. I'm on week 4 starting today. Just now starting to feel like its doing anything. I don't have any of the normal side effects but it does give me an overactive bladder and makes me a bit incontinent. Over the counter bladder control has helped for anyone that might experience this. I am hoping to see the scale start to go down again soon.
