what do I do about contracted "manager"?

- The manager who is contracted doesn't know what he is doing (personal opinion and I am right at that - if you can go with this). His approach is take credit for the work others do and have split out the relationship I already have with his significantly higher positions - just as any other places and only thing benefits him is the title "Head" in the title

- His manager I had a good relationship with for a long time because I started a long time before him.

- He is negatively influencing to get me a bad name - not evidenced and just my opinion and nothing more,

What can I do? let it flow...?

He is inside IR35 and I am outside IR35
