Training junior staff outside IR35

Hi, I am outside IR35 and potentially dealing with a scenario where I may be discretely helping out junior staff (perm) on IT development. Personally I don't want to but I know that maybe signing a self-dismissal (contract not extended and all that)...Just wanted to your experience how you have dealt with it and any games you can play If you get the gist?
