Hi all - looking to start contracting in the new year - i have given my self 6 months to build out any additional skills i need - but i was wondering how is the best way to build my brand externally

I was thinking to start blogging / writing posts on my PoV in my domain on linkedin and also create a simple nice looking website too

But i dont know if that is too much or not or should i just apply for contract roles

Context

Power Bi / data analytics sme for 10 years in large and boutique consulting firms
