has anyone seen the news published from hmrc that they are looking into the double taxing here https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/off-payroll-working-calculation-of-paye-liability-in-cases-of-non-compliance/off-payroll-working-ir35-calculation-of-paye-liability-in-cases-of-non-compliance
is it possible they will backdate payments from 2017 when ir35 was introduced?
